the reception was absolutely empty when I arrived, just what one would expect from a supposed hotel, right? also, a working lift is apparently too much to ask for! woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary drink or something for dealing with the absolute chaos here. i almost gave a nice review, but really couldn't.

This place suits me perfectly! With excellent wi-fi, tv, and great laundry service, I have everything I need. The staff even recommended wonderful dining spots during my first stay. I will definitely come back for a weekend!

This was just an excellent fit for a short stay in Berlin at a reasonable price. The large room with tall ceilings was really comfortable and surprisingly clean. If you need help finding the reception, just follow the signs to the first floor and through the other businesses.
